I got the Hazelnut and Humming fragrance candles to sample. Not being much of a candle person, I deliberately lit the candle the same evening that my review was to be given.... that was a month ago. The sample  became my first purchase lol, it was much more appealing than I anticipated. It filled the entire room within 40 SECONDS of the burn time! The hazelnut pleasantly wraps around you and follows you through the room as a ballet dancer dances with her ribbons. Truly it was an awesome experience... i'm a candle lady now.

Refund, Returns and Exchanges

We truly hope you love and enjoyed what you ordered, however in case you didn’t—we’ll send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a quick refund.

For Refund and Exchanges please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be shipped backed  within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items is not damaged and in original package.

You will have to pay for the return shipping fee.

Shipping and Handling

Products are shipped in approximately 2 to 5 days of receiving your order. We package and ship your order as soon as we get credit card authorization and verification.

We deliver throughout Trinidad straight to your door. Tobago deliveries are delivered via TTPOST.

International orders are delivered via DHL.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot offer free shipping or free returns on international orders.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

Please contact us immediately after placing your order, and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request.

Orders are processed extremely quickly, so the time window for changes or cancellations is very short.

If you cancel an item purchased with a promotion or special deal, you may not be eligible to receive that promotion or discount again.
